Capitol were presented with an opportunity to construct a 10200m2 fit out for Victoria Department of Transport across multiple floors of the Rialto Towers, which required demolition of existing tenancies and a full base building upgrade.

Critical to the lease agreement was the very challenging program deadline including a non-negotiable practical completion and occupation date. Utilising their experience in integrated fitout scenarios, Capitol conducted an extensive evaluation and forecast to demonstrate capability to meet budget.

Capitol partnered with KHID, Aston Consulting and Philip Chun, to facilitate a timely design and documentation solution to align with the staged program. Despite increases in design criteria to meet soundproofing, DDA access and WH&S expectations, Capitol proudly delivered the project under budget and 2 months in advance.

Finding ourselves in a position of considerable pressure with extremely tight timelines to secure a site, design and fit-out over 10,000sqm of commercial office space required commitment and precision planning.

Capitol were able to provide a quality solution, implemented with precision, ensuring all budgets and timelines were achieved.
