The Everland Global front-of-house fit-out was lavished with high-end finishes and delivered in one of the shortest of construction periods we’ve worked on–just two and a half weeks.

Consisting of timber floors, stone-clad walls, flush plaster ceilings, stone and timber veneer joinery, and a supplementary air-conditioning system, Capital managed the delivery of the project in time for Everland’s international company launch function. The remainder of the back-of-house fit-out was completed at a later date to align with the client’s former lease expiry.
