Recommended by industry colleagues for the project, Capitol took a hands-on approach to global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s fit-out solution.

Right from the start, Capitol worked closely with the client to manage and meet their budget requirements. The Capitol team also contributing to finalising fit-out design in consultation with the architect and services consultants. 

The main brief requested a modern, industrial style fit-out with a focus on acoustics and security between sub-tenants. The final design features dramatic black open ceilings, polished concrete floors, double-glazed and acoustic-rated plasterboard partitions, acoustic panelling throughout, and electronic and manual security locking on all doors. Capitol was able to maintain a refined, corporate feel across the executive areas, introducing a stunning flush plaster ceiling and feature lighting pendants in all board and meeting rooms, along with feature mesh ceilings in the executive offices.
