Capitol were engaged for the challenge of refurbishing the existing K&L Gates Lawyers 5600m2 tenancy over 3 floors, including refurbishment of base building areas including 12 bathrooms and 8 lift lobbies.

Adding to the challenge, all construction works were undertaken whilst the client remained occupied in areas of their tenancy.

The key to Capitol’s effective delivery was the implementation of extensive WH&S procedures to operate safely and efficiently onsite. The project was completed on time, on budget, and to a top quality finish that was met with glowing client acclaim.

When K&L Gates decided to embark on a potentially intrusive major tenancy upgrade whilst still in occupancy it was crucial that we partnered with a proactive likeminded fit out/construction company.

Capitol surpassed all our expectations and showed an extraordinary understanding of the clients needs from the outset which resulted in a completed project of the highest quality on time and on budget.
