Lift Lobbies, Amenities, & End of Trip Refurbishments

Capitol’s Managing Director worked closely with Woods Bagot Architects in the design & prototype construction of the first Rialto Towers lift lobby and amenities refurbishment, with now over 20 floors having been successfully completed by Capitol.

The refurbishment projects also include upgrades to tenancy area finishes and all services from mechanical air-handing units to replacement of hydraulic amenity & riser pipework.

Capitol’s expertise has also prevailed in the most difficult Rialto projects including completing refurbishment works in occupied staff environments and within existing tenancy fitouts while they remain in-situ.
